The Tan Promise We are so confident in the quality of our units we are now offering you, the customer, our Tan Promise. Our Tan Promise is that if you follow our recommended tanning advice you will notice a considerable difference in your appearance, if not then we shall refund your course costs. On your first visit our staff will ask you to fill in a small questionnaire to determine your skin type. If you are of a skin type one (which does not tan) then we shall advise you so. Assuming you are not a skin type one and assuming you wish to take advantage of our Tan Promise, our staff will advise you of the amount of time and how many days per week you should be aiming for to obtain your golden colour together with which cream you should use on the units. Maybe you are an experienced user and have used other salons in the past, if so then put us to the test and come along and take advantage of our free taster session and compare us to the rest.
